If you have never done a sketch challenge before this is how it works: A page sketch is a basic outline for the placement of a scrapbook page. For this challenge you can do this as an 8 x 8 or a 12 x 12. Take the sketch at the bottom of this blog entry and use it to create your scrapbook page utilizing the outline.<br /><div></div><br /><div>This time you can use any theme, color, event and any particular paperline. Pretty simple, right? So, all you do is :</div><br /><ul><br /><li>Click on the picture at the end of this blog. </li><br /><li>Save it or print it as an outline for your page</li><br /><li>Create an original work based on the sketch</li><br /><li>Scan your creation or take a picture of it</li><br /><li>Email it to: <a href="mailto:Challenge@themagpie.us">Challenge@themagpie.us</a> with the subject line December Challenge</li><br /><li>make sure you let us know if your entry can be displayed on the blog here or if it is the winner if it may be shared (with credit) on Magpie Studio website (<a href="http://www.themagpie.us/">http://www.themagpie.us/</a>)</li><br /><li>Your picture must be to us here at the studio by January 10th, 2010 at 11:59pm EST</li><br /><li>Sadly, I can only accept entries here in the United States for this one.</li></ul><br /><p>The winner will receive their choice of either $20.00 in Memory Works product OR a $20.00 Michael's gift card. It seems like Christmas always gets the jump on us. It seems to be looming right after Halloween now. That might be because I am just NOW getting to my spiffy minds eye Halloween pages. I love this paper. I will have to put out some pictures in the gallery when I get the pages of the "lego designer, the pumpkin and the professor" done. The of course there is Thanksgiving and Christmas. Bellow is the collection of Mind's Eye Spider Web papers. These are available now through Memory Works.<br /><br /><br />I hope to finish up with my pages asap... I still have Christmas cards to get out.
